At Little Ouchies, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
